Training Fee. The fees due and payable for the Training Services (“Training Fee”) shall be specified in the Enthought Order provided to Customer for the Training Services.
Training Fee. NovaCare agrees to pay a training fee (only upon request to train from NovaCare) to Nautilus for any Nautilus employee who trains any person who purchases Products pursuant to orders submitted by NovaCare. Such training fee will be calculated as four percent (4%) of the gross invoice amount, less Deductions, collected by Nautilus from the purchaser of the Products sold. Payment will be made only after such purchaser signs a Nautilus installation satisfaction sheet provided by NovaCare.
Training Fee. Concurrent with the execution and delivery of this Agreement to HHC, and as a condition precedent to having access to the Training Course and use of the Training Materials and one year of membership access, in furtherance thereof, Prospective Instructor shall pay HHC the fee indicated on the XxxxxxxXxxxxXxxxxxx.xxx website at time of order. (“Training Fee”).
Training Fee. In addition to the Transfer Fee in SECTION 5.9 above, Franchisee shall pay to Franchisor a non-refundable Training Fee of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) to cover the Franchisor's costs and expenses in providing the necessary training for the transferee of Franchisee.
Training Fee. The fee for the training program shall be at the Company's then- current fee schedule. Distributor is responsible for the attendees' own travel, lodging, meals, salary, and other expenses incurred during the training program.
Training Fee. Franchisee agrees to pay to Franchisor, concurrently with the execution of this Addendum, a training fee of Six Hundred Dollars ($600) to compensate Franchisor for its costs and expenses in providing initial training to Franchisee in connection with Franchisee's participation in the Special Product Program. Franchisee acknowledges and agrees that the training fee represents payment for the initial grant of the rights to use the Special Product Trademarks and Licensed Methods relating to the Special Product Program. Franchisor has earned the training fee upon receipt, and the training fee is not refundable to Franchisee after it is paid.
Training Fee. 2.1 On or prior to the signing of this Agreement, Sponsor shall pay (on behalf of Salesperson) to LDSY the amount of SGD $6,000 (“Training Fee”).
2.2 In consideration of the Training Fee, Salesperson shall be engaged under the Sales Engagement (as defined in Clause 3.1 below) and complete a service bond of at least six months from the effective date thereof (“Bond Period”).
2.3 Salesperson shall pay Sponsor the full amount of the Training Fee in the event that Salesperson:
(a) does not achieve the Completion of Training;
(b) does not take up the Sales Engagement after the Completion of Training; or
(c) terminates his/her engagement under the Sales Engagement before the expiry of the Bond Period.
Training Fee. As consideration for providing training as described in Appendix V, PMD shall pay to BALCHEM the sum of fifty thousand United States Dollars (US$50,000). BALCHEM may submit an invoice for such amount within thirty (30) days of commencement of the training services described in Appendix V.
Training Fee. Beginning on the date of the Apprentice’s commencement of the Training Program, and until the Apprentice’s completion of the Training Program, the Apprentice shall be required to pay to the Committee a Training Fee as follows:
a. Training Fee: the Apprentice agrees that a weekly Training Fee shall be deducted from his/her wages and paid to the Committee for each week in which the Apprentice performs work as an Apprentice for a Contributing Employer. The amount of the Training Fee is identified in the attached Training Fee Form, which is incorporated herein by reference. The Apprentice expressly understands that the Training Fee is subject to change by the Committee, in which case the Apprentice shall be provided with 30 days’ notice of such change before it is implemented.
b. In consideration for the Apprentice’s payment of the Training Fee until and through the Apprentice’s completion of the Training Program, the Apprentice shall be entitled to keep all Committee-provided tools and textbooks received by the Apprentice after completion of the Training Program. If, however, the Apprentice fails to complete the Training program, s/he must return all tools and textbooks.
Training Fee. Fee for Training as per Article 3.2 shall be included in Initial Fee as per Article 4.
