Training of Voluntary Contractor Employees and Volunteers. Contractor shall provide all designated Contractor employees and/or volunteers epinephrine training. All epinephrine training must be provided by a licensed physician or nurse and in compliance with the CDE’s Training Standards for the Administration of Epinephrine Auto-Injectors, available online at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/ls/he/hn/epiadmin.asp. The training shall cover at a minimum the information listed in the CDE’s Training Standards for the Administration of Epinephrine Auto-Injectors, which includes (a) techniques for recognizing symptoms of anaphylaxis, (b) standards and procedures for the storage and emergency use of epinephrine auto-injectors, (c) emergency follow-up procedures, including calling 911 phone number and contacting, if possible, the student’s parent/guardian and physician, and

  • Contractor Employees 10.1 Details of any individuals employed by contractors working in the school.

  • Contractor Employee Conduct The Contractor’s employees shall adhere to the standards of conduct prescribed in the Customer’s personnel policy and procedure guidelines, particularly rules of conduct, security procedures, and any other applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Customer. The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s employees wear attire suitable for the position, either a standard uniform or business casual dress.

  • Medical Appointment for Pregnant Employees 35.9.1 Up to three decimal seven five (3.75) hours of reasonable time off with pay for each appointment will be granted to pregnant employees for the purpose of attending routine medical appointments.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually.   • Intermittent Employees On the first day of the monthly pay period following completion of each period of 160 hours or 20 days of paid employment, each intermittent employee in the State civil service shall be allowed one (1) day of credit for sick leave with pay. The hours or days worked in excess of 160 hours or 20 days in a monthly pay period shall not be counted or accumulated.

  • Probation for Newly Hired Employees (a) The Employer may reject a probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Article 11.2

  • School Year Employees All hourly employees compensated under “Hourly Schedule A” and regularly employed for the hours in that position considered full time by the Employer for the school year.
