OGS Centralized Contract: Terms and Conditions The terms and conditions set forth in this section are expressly incorporated in and applicable to the Contract. Captions are intended as descriptive and are not intended to limit or otherwise restrict the terms and conditions set forth herein. Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.
Contracting and Subcontracting The Union recognizes that the City has statutory and charter rights and obligations in contracting for matters relating to municipal operations. The right of contracting or subcontracting is vested in the City including the exercise of said contracting and subcontracting rights.
Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.
Innovative/Flexible Scheduling Where the Hospital and the Union agree, arrangements regarding Innovative Scheduling/Flexible Scheduling may be entered into between the parties on a local level. Training Assistance (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.
Training and Promotion a. The contractor will assist in locating, qualifying, and increasing the skills of minorities and women who are applicants for employment or current employees. Such efforts should be aimed at developing full journey level status employees in the type of trade or job classification involved.

AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.
