Module 3. For the purposes of Clause 8.1(a), the Customer acknowledges that its Controller has agreed that the following is deemed an instruction by the Controller to process Personal Data: (i) Processing in accordance with the Agreement; (ii) Processing initiated by Customer in its use of the Products; and (iii) Processing to comply with other reasonable instructions provided by Customer in writing (e.g., via email) where such instructions are consistent with the terms of the Agreement.

  • Module means specific portion of the Application Software designated as such in the Documentation made available to the Customer under the Notification Form.
