Transfer at Request of Employee. If an Employee at his own request or to avoid being laid off is transferred to another classification, the Employee shall immediately be paid the starting rate for the classification to which the Employee is transferred.

Transfer at Request of Employee. If an Employee employee at his own request or to avoid being laid off is transferred laterally or lower to another classification, the Employee employee shall immediately be paid the starting rate for the classification to which the Employee employee is transferred.
