During the term of this Agreement the Union and/or Trustees may request in writing an increase or decrease in the contributions required by the Employer to a particular benefit fund or funds. Such request shall be made in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the proposed effective date of the change. The Employer will honor such request effective upon the date set forth in a Memorandum Of Understanding (Wage Schedule A) between NCGMA and the Union.
