Transfer of Seniority and Service. An Employee whose status is changed from full-time to part-time or casual shall receive credit for her full service and seniority (1820 hours for each year worked). An Employee whose status is changed from part-time or casual to full-time shall receive credit for seniority and service on the basis of one (1) year equals 1820 hours paid and will be enrolled in the employee benefit plans subject to meeting any waiting period or other requirements of those plans.
