Transfer of Sick Leave Benefits. Regular part-time employees transferring to full-time will have the number of sick leave hours taken year to date recalculated as number of “occasions” used year to date. For the purpose of these conversion calculations each seven (7) hours of non-consecutive or non-cumulative sick days constitutes an “occasion”.
