Transfer To or From Shift Work. 28.5.1 The Company may transfer an Employee to or from Shift work by providing 14 days’ notice and ensuring the Employee has at least 10 hours off duty before commencing Shift work. Notice includes the posting of the working roster. 28.5.2 If the Employee does not receive the required notice, the Employee must be paid overtime rates for all work done outside previous ordinary working hours of work within seven (7) days of the time of notification of the change.
