Shiftworker Sample Clauses

Shiftworker. A shiftworker is an employee who works the shifts as prescribed at Clause 33.2(a).
Shiftworker. Shiftworker shall mean any employee whose work schedule is part of shiftwork.
Shiftworker for the purposes of the NES, a shiftworker is an Employee who works for more than four ordinary hours on 10 or more weekends during the year in which their annual leave accrues.
Shiftworker. For the purpose of the additional week of annual leave a shiftworker is a 7 day shiftworker who is regularly rostered to work on Sundays and public holidays.
Shiftworker. A shiftworker is an Employee who works shifts in accordance with clause 43.1—Shiftwork and is identified as a shiftworker The ordinary hours of work for a day worker will be worked between 7.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
Shiftworker. (i) An employee who, if not taking annual leave would otherwise have worked on shift work only, will be paid a loading of 17.5% of the employee's relevant rate, that rate to include any higher duty allowance or other all-purpose payment to which the employee is entitled. (ii) However if an employee would have received shift payments in accordance with clause 6.2 (Shiftwork) had the employee not been on annual leave during the relevant period, and such payments would have been greater than a loading of 17.5% of the employee’s relevant rate, then the employee's annual leave loading is to be calculated as an amount equivalent to the shift payments that the employee would have received in accordance with the employee's projected shift roster.
Shiftworker. A “shiftworker” for the purpose of the additional week of leave under the National Employment Standards is an employee who is regularly rostered to work ordinary hours on public holidays.
ShiftworkerAn employee is a Shiftworker for the purpose of the National Employment Standards if the employee works Ordinary Hours over seven days of the week and is regularly rostered to work on Sundays and public holidays (ie. if the employee works Ordinary Hours over seven days of the week and works a combined total of 34 shifts on Sundays and public holidays during the year of service).
