Transferring this Agreement. This agreement is personal to you but please contact us if you want to transfer you SIM Card or Mobile Device. We can transfer this agreement to someone else if we give you written notice beforehand.
Transferring this Agreement. 21.1 We may transfer our rights and duties under this Agreement or arrange for any other person to carry out our rights and duties under this Agreement.
21.2 You must not transfer any of your rights or duties under this Agreement, however, you can use another person to carry out any of your duties (as your agent or otherwise) as long as you notify us first. You will be responsible to us for any action that person takes. You must make sure your agents, representatives and subcontractors keep to the terms of this Agreement.
Transferring this Agreement. This Agreement is personal to you and may not be transferred by you to any other person.
Transferring this Agreement. 12.1 Neither Party may transfer, novate, or assign this Agreement (in whole or in part) without the other Party’s prior written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
12.2 Despite clause 12.1, we may transfer, novate, or assign this Agreement (in whole or part) without your consent to: (a) a company within our Group; or (b) a debt collection agency where we have terminated this Agreement for your non-payment.
12.3 We may perform some or all of our obligations under this Agreement by using subcontractors.
Transferring this Agreement. 14.1 You cannot transfer or try to transfer this Agreement or any part of it to anyone else without Our prior written consent.
14.2 We may transfer this Agreement at any time and in which case, We will inform You in writing.
Transferring this Agreement. 20.1 We can transfer the benefit and you agree that we can transfer the obligations under this Agreement to any third party (including, without limitation, any member of the Group), without notice to you or your consent. We have subcontracted the administration and management of the services we provide to iD Mobile (the “Manager”).
20.2 You may not transfer this Agreement to anyone else unless we have agreed in writing beforehand and we shall not unreasonably withhold such agreement.
Transferring this Agreement. (a) By entering into this agreement, you give your consent for CPE to transfer, novate or assign any or all of its rights or obligations under this contract or transfer you as a customer to any third party, any of CPE’s related bodies corporate or as part of the transfer of all or substantially all of CPE’s embedded network business. CPE will notify you of any assignment by publishing a notice in a national newspaper, on CPE’s website or by sending you a written notice. You acknowledge and agree that you will sign any documents on CPE’s request that are required to effect suchtransfer, novation or assignment.
(b) You may assign your rights or obligations under this contract to another person only once you have received CPE’s consent in writing. CPE will not unreasonably refuse a request from you to assign this contract and will use its best endeavours to accommodate such request.
Transferring this Agreement. 1. During the Term you may transfer this Agreement to a third party by submitting an Assignment form through your Dealer. The agreement can be transferred to a different organization if all prior license codes issued have been deactivated, by notifying John Deere (via the Xxxx Deere Dealer).
Transferring this Agreement. If you are the Owner and you sell or otherwise transfer the Premises, you are required to inform the transferee, at or before the effective date of the sale or transfer, of the existence of this Agreement and the rental Equipment installed in the Premises. We will permit the purchaser to assume your rights and obligations under this Agreement, effective from the date of sale, or other transfer, provided that (i) you or your representative notify the transferee in the sale or transfer agreement that the Equipment is rented and is subject to this Agreement, (ii) you or your representative advise us in advance of the transferee’s name and the intended date of sale or other transfer, (iii) you or your representative advise us in advance of the address and telephone number where you can be contacted after the date of sale or transfer, (iv) the transferee agrees in writing or by conduct with us to assume your obligations, and (v) you have paid us all amounts owing under this Agreement. Unless and until these conditions are satisfied, or unless Enercare otherwise waives any or all of these conditions, which we are under no obligation to do, you will remain responsible (individually or jointly and severally with the Lessee, as applicable) for the Equipment rental and your obligations under this Agreement, including making all rental payments. You hereby authorize us to respond to information requests relating to your account made by or on behalf of the transferee. We may also accept performance of your obligations (including payment obligations) from other parties (such as tenants) but will not be required to do so.
Transferring this Agreement. The Hirer must not transfer this Agreement, or any rights or responsibilities under it, to any other person unless specifically requested by the Hirer to the Lessor and agreed by both parties in writing
