Xxxx Deere. The Customer acknowledges that:
Xxxx Deere. Au cours de la durée du présent Contrat, le Client ne peut pas limiter l’accès et l’utilisation par Xxxx Deere des Données du système. Si le Client souhaite limiter l’accès de John Deere, il doit résilier ce Contrat et toutes les souscriptions de Terminal de Service JDLink, comme cela est stipulé à la section 5.4, et il doit demander via le Service Internet que John Deere supprime l’accès et l’utilisation par Xxxx Deere des Données du système. Xxxx Deere. ISG usage of data Xxxx Deere - ISG is entitled to access the data set to provide the contractually defined service (e.g. JDLink™). Customer agrees that John Deere may access and use the data in anonymized form for statistical purposes as well as to improve or enhance the services provided under this contract, develop additional or new Xxxx Deere products and services, and/or identify new usage types of equipment.
Xxxx Deere. During the term of this Contract, Customer may not restrict Xxxx Deere’s access to and use of System Data. If Customer xxxxx xx to restrict John Deere’s access, Customer must terminate this Contract and all JDLink Service Terminal subscriptions, as set forth in Section 5.4, and request via the Web Service that John Deere remove John Deere’s access to and use of System Data. Xxxx Deere shall effectuate such removal within thirty (30) days of Customer’s valid request. John Deere will continue to have access to System Data collected by the System prior to John Deere’s removal of John Deere’s access. Removal of a Xxxx Deere’s access to and use of System Data will prevent Customer from receiving remote machine diagnostics and remote machine servicing.
Xxxx Deere. While Customer subscribes to Additional Features, Customer may not restrict John Deere’s access to and use of Customer Content, excluding the limitations stated in this Contract and in the Xxxx Deere Data Services and Subscriptions Data Policy Statement. Customer Content governed by this Contract includes Production Data (defined in the Xxxx Deere Data Services and Subscriptions Data Policy Statement). Customer’s Production Data will be governed by the terms of use for the Telematic Web Interface. Customer may restrict John Deere’s access to Production Data via the Web Functions. Removal of John Deere’s access to and use of Production Data will a lso limit Customer’s access to Production Data via the Telematic Web Interface and disable Customer’s ability to load additional Production Data to the Telematic Service under this Contract or otherwise. Customer may delete Production Data files via the Web Functions or by contacting a Xxxx Xx ere dealer.

If Customer desires to restrict John Deere’s access, Customer must terminate this Contract (as set forth in Section 5.4) and all other Telematic Subscription Contracts between Customer and John Deere, and request via the Web Functions that John Deere remove Xxxx Xxxxx’s access to and use of all System Data governed by this and any other Telematic Subscription Contracts between Customer and John Deere.
