SIM Card a personal identification card issued by Geocell to the Subscriber under the Agreement in which the Number is stored/contained, which provides the connection of the Subscriber’s Facilities to the Geocell’s network and which is used by the Subscriber to receive the Service.
SIM Card. Any SIM-card that is integrated in any device supplied by GSGroup must only be used for the purposes of the provision of GSGroup Services. The SIM card MUST NOT be used for any other purpose than the provision of GSGroup Services. Misuse automatically leads to termination of the Agreement and invoicing of: (i) all costs related to the misuse, a minimum of NOK 50,000; and (ii) the amount of all direct and indirect accrued costs and other types of loss from bringing the misuse of the SIM-card to an end.
SIM Card. If the Yoello Product contains a SIM card, you must ensure that it is not used for any reason other than in connection with the Yoello Product's use as part of the Service. We may, acting reasonably, invoice you for any costs incurred by us which we believe result from the SIM card being used for any other reason.
SIM Card. 1. When the same is necessary to access the network of Service Provider and use the Services, Service Provider shall issue to subscriber a Subscriber Identification/Identity Module (SIM) Card.
SIM Card. If the Product contains a SIM card, you must ensure that it is not used for any reason other than in connection with the Product's use as part of the Service. We may, acting reasonably, invoice you for any costs incurred by us which we believe result from the SIM card being used for any other reason.
SIM Card. 4.1 SUN Mobile may in its sole discretion replace free of charge for you any Flex-Mobile SIM Card damaged due to normal wear and tear. SUN Mobile will charge you a replacement fee for a Flex-Mobile SIM Card: (a) damaged due to misuse, negligence or willful damage on your part; or (b) lost by, or stolen from you.
SIM Card. We will provide you with one (1) Subscriber Identification Module card, or if applicable, a Universal Subscriber Identification Module card, referred to as a “SIM Card” in these terms and conditions. The SIM Card shall remain our property at all times and the ownership of the SIM Card does not at any time pass to you. We grant you the right to use the SIM Card for purposes of the Service. The SIM Card must be returned to us on demand. Risk passes immediately to you when you receive the SIM Card. You must not change or transfer the SIM Card to a third party without our prior written approval. We will replace a defective SIM Card at no cost if the defect is proven to our satisfaction to have been caused by the manufacturer or supplier and provided that you return the defective SIM Card to us within fourteen (14) days from the date the Services are activated. You must take all precautions to prevent the loss, theft or misuse of the SIM Card.
SIM Card. 6.1. The Sim card is used to provide connectivity services between the Hardware and the Backend.
SIM Card. Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) Card, which is fitted into a mobile station, after which the mobile station can be activated to make or receive telephone calls.
SIM Card. The CUSTOMER Identity Model card fitted to Equipment to access the GSM Network.
