Transition from County Retiree Medical Grant to a Health Reimbursement Arrangement. 1. Effective on June 16, 2023, a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) will be made available for current and future employees in these bargaining units. The County and the HRA administrator, with the oversight of the HRA Advisory Committee, shall administer the program subject to the requirements set forth in the County Health Reimbursement Arrangement Plan Document.
