Transition to PTO Plan. (a) If an employee was hired before July 1, 2016 and has available hours in their sick bank, they will keep the banked sick leave balance to use for FMLA events over the duration of the employee’s employment, or be paid out upon retirement as specified above. No additional time will be added to the sick bank after the transition.
