TRANSPORT AND PARKING. Driving in the exhibition halls with motor vehicles of whatever kind is generally prohibited. For special transports, a written approval must be obtained from the Organiser in good time. From the end of the construction time, all vehicles must only be parked in the designated areas; especially entrances, driveways, fire brigade zones must be kept free at all times. During the event, trucks over 3.5 tons may not be parked in the parking lots. The Organiser can have illegally parked vehicles removed at the expense of the vehicle owner. The Organiser shall not accept any consignments destined for the Exhibitor and shall not be liable for any loss or incorrect or late delivery. If necessary, the fair forwarding agent shall store exhibition and packaging goods at the expense and risk of the Exhibitor.

In the case of special transports, the organiser’s written consent shall be obtained in good time. At the end of erection time, all vehicles shall without exception be removed from the grounds of the Xxxx Xxxx. Any failure to comply with the above shall be treated as trespass, and the Xxxx Xxxx shall be at liberty to have unlawfully parked vehicles removed at the vehicle owner‘s expense. The organizer does not accept consignments intended for the exhibitor and is not liable for any loss or for incorrect or late delivery. If necessary, the organizer will store exhibits and packaging at the expense and risk of the exhibitor.

  • Travelling, Transport and Fares (a) An employee required and authorised to use their own motor vehicle in the course of their duties will be paid not less than the allowance set out in item 21 in Table 2.

  • Underground Facilities All underground pipelines, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities, including without limitation those that convey electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, water, wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.

  • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS Work being done under a resulting Authorized User Agreement may be subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the New York State Labor Law. SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim. PROCUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Authorized Users should refer to the documents attached as Appendix G – Processes and Forms Templates for specific instructions on the usage of this Contract. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes, additions and/or updates to the documents attached as Appendix G - Processes and Forms Templates without processing a formal amendment and/or modification. SPECIFICATIONS During the term of the Contract, the Authorized User may request Product specifications for particular items that have been included by the Contractor in its Pricing Pages. These specifications will be provided by the Contractor at no cost.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.

  • Underground Utilities Any required ground digging or subsurface work shall be done in accordance with Chapter 556, Florida Statutes. It shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR to have all underground utilities located before any work begins (Sunshine State One Call 0-000-000-0000). The repairs of any damaged underground utilities as a result of the work being performed by CONTRACTOR shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR. The proper utility company shall be contacted immediately to expedite the repairs, if damage has occurred. CONTRACTOR will notify the COUNTY and provide a written explanation of the incident within two (2) days of the damage to any underground utilities.
