Transport Officers. WTSC will reimburse transport officers for their work on this project providing SUB-RECIPIENT has received approval from their regions TZM. The TZM will work with the regional LEL to determine if need is warranted for the type of HVE activity. This activity must be overtime and only the expenses listed in section 3.2 and its subsections will be reimbursed.

Transport Officers. The employer will trial Transport Officer positions to assist with decreasing workload pressures for Child Safety Officers. The employer will consult with Together Queensland Union in relation to the development of a Role Profile which articulates the characteristics, duties and capabilities for a Transport Officer role in a Child Safety Service Centre. The employer will consult with Together Queensland Union prior to determining which Child Safety Service Centre/s the trial will occur in. The trial positions will be created within three months of certification of this Agreement.
Transport Officers shall move from the first step to the second step of the attached pay grid after working 1040 hours, from the second step to the third step after working another 1040 hours and thereafter will move to the succeeding steps by working 2080 hours between steps.

  • Transport of Employees When an employee, after having worked overtime or a shift for which he/she has not been regularly rostered, finishes work at a time when reasonable means of transport are not available, the employer shall provide the employee with a conveyance home, or pay him/her their current wage for the time reasonably occupied in reaching home.

  • Field Training Officers The position of Field Training Officer (FTO) shall be held by a Trooper or Sergeant who most closely meets the requirements set forth by the Employer which are outlined in policy OSP-501.08. If the Employer determines there are an insufficient number of qualified volunteers, it may appoint other individuals to be FTOs. The District Commander shall make the final selections. A supplement of eight hundred dollars ($800.00) shall be given to all FTOs for the sixty (60) working day training period. This amount will be prorated in instances where the training period is cut short or lengthened. Field Training Officers and their trainees will be required to work twenty (20) days on each of the three shifts during the training period.

  • Industrial Accident and Illness Leave shall be granted for illness or injury incurred within the course and scope of an employee's assigned duties. The employee who has sustained a job-related injury shall report the injury on an Office approved accident form to the immediate supervisor within twenty-four (24) hours. An employee shall report any illness, in writing, to the immediate supervisor within twenty-four (24) hours of knowledge that the illness is an alleged industrial illness. Requirements for such leave shall be:

  • Nurse Representatives & Grievance Committee (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize Association representatives to be elected or appointed from amongst nurses in the bargaining unit for the purpose of dealing with Association business as provided in this Collective Agreement. The number of representatives and the areas which they represent are set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions.
