Common use of Transport Pay Clause in Contracts

Transport Pay. Nurses on transport will receive an additional pay as 13 follows: Neonatal or Maternal transport - $250 transport pay plus straight time pay for all 14 hours a nurse works on transport that would otherwise be part of the RN’s regularly 15 scheduled hours, and an overtime premium rate of one and one-half (1.5) times the RN’s 16 regular rate for all other transport hours.
