Common use of Transportation of Accident Victims Clause in Contracts

Transportation of Accident Victims. ‌ Transportation to the nearest physician or hospital for employees requiring medical care as a result of an on-the-job accident shall be at the expense of the Commission. The Commission shall ensure that adequate arrangements are made for the employee to return to the job site, assembly point or current local accommodation whichever is most appropriate to the employee's condition. Transportation will be provided or paid by the Commission.

The Commission Employer shall ensure that adequate arrangements are made reimburse transportation costs for the employee to return to the job sitework centre, assembly point or current local accommodation whichever is most appropriate to the employee's condition. Transportation will be provided or paid by the Commissionhome, as appropriate following treatment.
