Transporter. The Transporter is a tracked or wheeled, all-terrain trailer used to transport the modules short distances, move the modules from hot storage, stage modules for deployment, and place the modules back into their original configuration upon redeployment (North and South Zone).
Transporter. It is CENIT, the owner of each one of the pipelines.
Transporter. The term "transporter" means an entity that transports covered electronic products from collection sites or services to processors or other locations for the purpose of recycling, but does not include any entity or person that hauls their own unwanted electronic products.

iii. has full power and authority under its Certificate of Incorporation, Bylaws, Regulations or other constitutional or similar documents and the laws of the state of its incorporation to execute, deliver, and perform this Contract.
Transporter. At the time GENCORP requires Services, TRANSPORTER shall
(a) Have on file and upon request provide proof of the following: (1) EPA/state identification number;
Transporter. The party or parties designated by Buyer to receive and handle gas deliverable under this Agreement. If not otherwise designated by Buyer, the Transporter is hereby specified as Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline Company.
