Trash and Garbage Removal Sample Clauses

Trash and Garbage Removal. Tenant shall be solely responsible for trash and garbage removal from the Leased Premises including the placing of all trash and garbage in containers provided by Landlord or Landlord's contractor for such purpose. In the event Landlord elects to furnish such service to the tenants in the Shopping Center, Tenant agrees to use only the service provided by Landlord and to pay for such service (including both the cost of leasing containers and the cost of removal) monthly, as additional rent, in accordance with the uniform schedule of charges to be established by Landlord. In no event shall Tenant be obligated to pay Landlord more for such trash and garbage removal service than the prevailing competitive rates of reputable independent trash removal contractors for service similar to that provided by Landlord.

The Authority shall be reimbursed for this expense through the Customer Contract Fee in Section 5.01(c) herein. Trash and Garbage Removal. Tenant shall be solely responsible for trash and garbage removal from the Leased Premises, including the placing of all trash and garbage in appropriate containers for pickup and removal. In the event Landlord designates a contractor to furnish trash removal service to the tenants in the Shopping Center (or if Landlord elects to provide such service itself), Tenant agrees to use only the contractor designated by Landlord, so long as the cost to Tenant thereof is no greater than the cost Tenant would incur if Tenant contracted directly with an alternative contractor (including costs of leasing space from Landlord for its trash receptacles).
Trash and Garbage Removal. Tenant shall keep any garbage, trash, rubbish or other refuse in rodent-proof containers within the interior of the Premises and shall deposit any garbage, trash, rubbish or other refuse, on not less than a daily basis, in designated receptacles provided by Tenant’s trash removal contractor.

Piling of boxes, cartons, barrels, or other similar items, in an unsightly or unsafe manner on or about the leased premises, or anywhere on Airport property, shall not be permitted.
