Trash and Garbage Removal. Tenant shall be solely responsible for trash and garbage removal from the Leased Premises including the placing of all trash and garbage in containers provided by Landlord or Landlord's contractor for such purpose. In the event Landlord elects to furnish such service to the tenants in the Shopping Center, Tenant agrees to use only the service provided by Landlord and to pay for such service (including both the cost of leasing containers and the cost of removal) monthly, as additional rent, in accordance with the uniform schedule of charges to be established by Landlord. In no event shall Tenant be obligated to pay Landlord more for such trash and garbage removal service than the prevailing competitive rates of reputable independent trash removal contractors for service similar to that provided by Landlord.
Trash and Garbage Removal. Tenant shall be solely responsible for trash and garbage removal from the Premises.
Trash and Garbage Removal. The Authority shall provide and pay for trash removal services at the QTA from a centrally designated compactor. The Authority shall be reimbursed for this expense through the Customer Contract Fee in Section 5.01(c) herein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Contractor shall be responsible for the removal, from the Airport, of all trash and debris of the size and consistency that does not fit into the Authority-provided dumpster.

Landlord shall provide typical office trash and garbage removal from the Premises on a daily basis on business days in accordance with Landlord’s cleaning specifications set forth in Exhibit H. Tenant shall in no instance, place any trash or garbage in areas on or about the Building except as specifically designated by Landlord.

Lessee shall be responsible and shall reimburse Lessor for all costs and expenses relating to trash and garbage removal in excess of five (5) cubic yards per month as determined by Lessor during the term of the Lease, promptly as each costs or expenses shall become due and payable.

If Tenant elects to use the garbage removal service provided by Landlord, Tenant shall pay for such service monthly, as Additional Rental, in accordance with a uniform exhibit of charges to be established by Landlord. In no event shall Tenant be obligated to pay Landlord more for trash and garbage removal than the prevailing competitive rates of reputable independent trash removal contractors for service similar to that provided by Landlord.

In the event Landlord designates a contractor to furnish trash removal service to the tenants in the Shopping Center (or if Landlord elects to provide such service itself), Tenant agrees to use only the contractor designated by Landlord, so long as the cost to Tenant thereof is no greater than the cost Tenant would incur if Tenant contracted directly with an alternative contractor (including costs of leasing space from Landlord for its trash receptacles).
Trash and Garbage Removal. Tenant shall keep any garbage, trash, rubbish or other refuse in rodent-proof containers within the interior of the Premises and shall deposit any garbage, trash, rubbish or other refuse, on not less than a daily basis, in designated receptacles provided by Tenant’s trash removal contractor.
Trash and Garbage Removal. Lessee shall provide a complete and proper arrangement for the adequate sanitary handling and disposal, away from the Airport, of all trash, garbage, and other refuse caused as a result of the operation of its business. Lessee shall provide and use suitable covered metal receptacles for such garbage, trash, and other refuse and shall place them on the premises in a location acceptable to the Lessor. Piling of boxes, cartons, barrels, or other similar items, in an unsightly or unsafe manner on or about the leased premises, or anywhere on Airport property, shall not be permitted.
