Fuel Flowage Fees. Any Airline Affiliate shall be exempted from any Fuel Flowage Fees established in the Rules and Regulations. However, any Airline affiliates that have not executed an Operating License or similar agreement with City governing their operations at the Airport will pay any Fuel Flowage Fees established in the Rules and Regulations.

Fuel Flowage Fees. Operator shall collect a Fuel Flowage Fee of $.05 per gallon and pay to Board such Fuel Flowage Fee for all aviation fuels sold by Operator, including fuels used by Operator in its own aviation operations. Board reserves the right to increase the Fuel Flowage Fee, as reasonable, upon sixty days written notice to Operator and thereafter Operator shall collect the increased Fuel Flowage Fee. Operator shall remit all fuel flowage fees due to the Board by the 10th of the following month in which they were collected. Operator will furthermore deliver to Board evidence of fuel deliveries received and sales made for auditing purposes and as required for State reporting purposes, by the 10th of each following month after such fuel deliveries were received and sales made.
Fuel Flowage Fees. The following fuel flowage fees shall be paid on a cumulative basis to Lessor during Lessor’s fiscal year for each year Lessee conducts operations pursuant to this Agreement based on the Lessee's bid:
Fuel Flowage Fees. A substantial percentage of the fuel dispensed at SCLA is “pre-purchased” by large aircraft operators that enjoy discounts based on the large volumes of fuel these carriers purchase nationally. This pre- purchased fuel is stored in SCLA’s fuel farm to which SCLA assesses a storage fee. SCLA also assesses a flowage fee on each gallon of fuel delivered from the fuel farm to the aircraft.
Fuel Flowage Fees. All aircraft operators other than scheduled air and cargo carriers, charter, regional commuter and air taxi operators shall pay a $0.08 per gallon fuel flowage fee. This charge shall be collected and remitted by operators who dispense aviation fuel at the Airport, and shall be in addition to the landing fee.
Fuel Flowage Fees. During the Term, Tenant covenants and agrees to calculate and pay the Authority monthly, as Additional Rent, fuel flowage fees at the rate established by the Authority’s Board of Members (the “Authority’s Board”) based on the actual shipments of fuel to the Premises (the “Fuel Flowage Fees”). As of July 1, 2020, the Fuel Flowage Fees at the Airport is $0.24 per gallon of jet-a fuel; $0.24 per gallon of av-gas; and $0.24 per gallon of automobile fuel. The Fuel Flowage Fees shall be subject to adjustment from time to time throughout the Term upon the vote of the Authority’s Board, in its sole discretion. Such adjustment shall be effective upon the date specified in any such vote by the Authority’s Board, or in the absence of a specified date, upon the first day of the first month following the vote of the Authority’s Board.
Fuel Flowage Fees. If the Second Party exercises its option to engage a third party to sell or dispense aviation fuel and lubricants to its Subtenants or to sell or dispense aviation fuel and lubricants to Subtenants directly, then the Second Party shall pay to the CAA a monthly fee hereinafter referred to as a Fuel Flowage Fee, of eight cents ($.08) per gallon for aviation fuel and five cents ($.05) per gallon for aviation lubricating oil delivered to the Second Party at the Airport, excluding: 1. sales or deliveries to the federal government or any federal government agency; and 2. a shrinkage factor in an amount of gallons or aviation fuel equal to one quarter of one percent (0.25%) of aviation fuel delivered to the Airport; a. amounts of aviation fuel delivered to the Second Party and returned to the fuel supplier; and b. amounts delivered to Aircraft owned by an entity with an agreement with the CAA which provides for an exemption to the Fuel Flowage Fee, but only for as long as such agreement or exemption remains in place. No other exclusions or exemptions shall apply to the Fuel Flowage Fee. The CAA reserves the right to re-establish from time to time said fees for delivery of aviation fuel and aviation lubricating oil. Fuel Flowage fees shall be charged equitably amongst all Airport tenants that have fueling and lubricating rights. The Fuel Flowage Fee shall be paid monthly to the CAA within twenty (20) days following the end of each calendar month during the entire Term and shall be accompanied by the report described in Section F of this Article.

Fuel Flowage Fees. In addition to any other Activity Fees which Tenant is required to pay to City pursuant to Section 5.5 above, City may assess Fuel Flowage Fees for any retailing or delivery of fuel petroleum products by Tenant pursuant to the Minimum Standards and Tenant’s fueling permit, and as provided for in the Airport General Fee Resolution #76438 (adopted September 18, 2012), and as may be amended.
Fuel Flowage Fees. In addition to rent payments, Lessee shall pay Fuel Flowage Fees based on the gallons of aviation fuels and lubricating oils purchased by Lessee and its sublessees from the supplier of such products. (a) Fuel Flowage Fees are established by the Board and may be increased or decreased from time to time in its sole discretion. (b) Lessee shall either pay the Fuel Flowage Fees directly to County using the forms required by the Aviation Department, or have its fuel supplier(s) collect the Fuel Flowage Fees from Lessee and its Sublessees and remit to County on their behalf. (c) If Lessee elects to make direct payments to County, Fuel Flowage Fees incurred in the preceding month are due on the tenth (10th) Day of each month. If Lessee elects to have its fuel supplier collect the Fuel Flowage Fees, Lessee, its Sublessees and the supplier shall complete and execute the required Aviation Department release and authorization form ("Release and Authorization Form") and provide the original executed Release and Authorization Form to the Aviation Department. Lessee shall require the fuel supplier(s) to pay the required Fuel Flowage Fees to County on or before the tenth (10th) day of the month for aviation fuels and lubricating oils sold by the fuel supplier to the Lessee or its Sublessees in the prior month. All payments of Fuel Flowage Fees to the County shall be accompanied by the reporting form required by the Aviation Department. (d) Lessee shall provide to County all reports and back‐up documentation required by the Aviation Department to verify all Fuel Flowage Fees due to County. All required reports and documentation must be provided on or before the tenth (10th) Day of each month.
Fuel Flowage Fees. In addition to the foregoing payments, the LESSEE further understands and agrees that all fuel purchases for use and benefit of LESSEE will be through fuel storage facilities at the Airport and all such purchases shall be made by LESSEE. In addition to the above enumerated rental charges, LESSEE agrees to pay LESSOR a fuel flowage fee, separate from any LESSEE charges by others for aviation fuel or aviation oil, which will be established annually by the Director of Airports, and which is currently five cents ($0.05) per gallon on all aviation fuel delivered into LESSEE'S trucks, and fifteen cents ($0.15) per gallon on all aviation oil purchased by LESSEE; provided, however, the fuel flowage fees payable by LESSEE hereunder shall be six cents ($0.06) per gallon on all aviation fuel and sixteen cents ($0.16) per gallon on all aviation oil, or one cent ($0.01) above the per gallon fee for aviation fuel and one cent ($0.01) above the per gallon fee for aviation oil established from time to time by the Director of Airports, whichever shall be greater, unless LESSEE'S contract with its fuel supplier requires said fuel supplier to pay LESSOR one cent ($0.01) per gallon on all aviation fuel and oil delivered to the premises of the Airport. The fees herein specified shall be considered as rental in lieu of landing fees for noncommercial general aviation aircraft or airport use fees hereunder and shall be paid to the LESSOR not later than the twenty-fifth (25th) day of the month succeeding the month of purchase; in this connection, the LESSOR shall have the right and privilege on call to inspect and audit the bills, receipts and records pertaining to the purchase of aviation fuel and oil for the purpose of verifying the correctness of the fee payments tendered by LESSEE. Further, LESSEE agrees to file with the LESSOR through its Director of Airports, Xxxx Xxxxxx World Airport, 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxx 000, Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000-0000, on forms prescribed by the LESSOR, monthly reports showing the number of gallons of aviation fuel and oil so purchased by LESSEE in order that the money due as fees may be shown. This report shall be filed not later than the third (3rd) day of the month following the purchase of said aviation fuel and oil. All payments are to be made at the office of the Director of Airports, or such other places as the LESSOR may direct the LESSEE in writing.
