Travel and Conventions. Granting of released time and expenses for attendance at a conference related to an instructor’s instructional area shall be rotated among instructors who desire to attend such conferences depending on administration approval and budget considerations. Reimbursement of expenses for LCTC travel shall be at LCTC travel rates approved by the Board. Reimbursement of expenses for System travel shall be at System travel rates approved by the Board.

  • Travel Arrangements I understand that Harvard does not represent or act as an agent for, and cannot control the acts or omissions of, any host family, employer, transportation carrier, hotel, tour organizer or other provider of food, goods or services involved in the Project. I understand that Harvard is not responsible for matters that are beyond its control, and that it cannot warrant the safety or convenience of the circumstances under which I will be living or working.

  • Travel Policy (1) Travel arrangements shall be planned in accordance with the Federal Travel regulations, prescribed by the General Services Administration for travel in the conterminous 48 United States, (hereinafter the FTR) and the Joint Travel Regulation, Volume 2, DoD Civilian Personnel, Appendix A, prescribed by the Department of Defense (hereinafter the JTR).

  • TRAVEL AND SUBSISTENCE 19.01 (A) There shall be a free zone for employees working within a forty-five (45) kilometre radius of the Halifax County intersection of Provincial Highways, 101 and 102. Travel and subsistence allowance will not apply when travelling to and working within this free zone (19.01).

  • TRAVEL ALLOWANCES There shall be no payments for travel expenses, travel time, subsistence allowance or other such reimbursements or special pay except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

  • Employee Handbook (A) If the Contractor has an employee handbook, the Contractor shall include the following information:

  • Policies and Procedures i) The policies and procedures of the designated employer apply to the employee while working at both sites.

  • Personnel Policy Employees of the Parties to this Agreement shall be subject to the personnel rules, laws and regulations of their respective agencies, unless they are employed temporarily by another Party to this Agreement and the authority under which such temporary employment is authorized provides that such employees shall be subject to the employing Party’s personnel laws and regulations.

  • Overpayment Policies and Procedures Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Xxxxx shall develop and implement written policies and procedures regarding the identification, quantification and repayment of Overpayments received from any Federal health care program.

  • Supplier Code of Conduct At all times during the term of this Agreement, Seller will comply with the Apple Supplier Code of Conduct ("Code of Conduct"), as amended by Apple from time-to-time, available from Apple’s public website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/supplier-responsibility/. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Seller will: (i) allow Apple and a third party representative, retained by or representing Apple (collectively, the "Auditor"), to assess Seller’s compliance with the Code of Conduct by inspecting Seller’s facilities and/or reviewing Seller’s practices, policies, and relevant records without notice, and/or by interviewing Seller’s personnel without monitoring, solely to verify Seller’s compliance with the Code of Conduct (collectively, an "Assessment"); (ii) promptly provide the Auditor with access to any relevant facilities and personnel without disruption or interference, in connection with any Assessment; (iii) promptly provide complete and accurate information and documentation in response to the Auditor’s requests, (iv) allow the Auditor to review and assess working hours and conditions, remuneration and benefits, personnel practices, production, dormitory, and dining facilities, business conduct, and health, safety, and environmental practices, as applicable, in connection with any Assessment; (v) not request or encourage, directly or indirectly, any Seller personnel to furnish false or incomplete information in connection with any Assessment; (vi) not take retaliatory action against any Seller personnel interviewed during an Assessment; and
