Travel and Reimbursement Policy. Notwithstanding the above, the County agrees to apply the rules of the Personnel Rules, as may be revised from time to time, to the members of this unit where the subject of such rules are not covered by this Agreement. Further, the County agrees not to change the Board's policy on the retirement medical/dental insurance benefit as it currently applies to members of the bargaining unit, without notice and an opportunity to meet and confer regarding such changes, for the stated term ofthis Agreement.

Travel and Reimbursement Policy. G. In the event that an employee is victim of an assault which includes a theft of an employee’s personal belongings, the employee will be reimbursed the replacement cost of belongings up to one hundred dollars ($100.00). Under this provision, the employee must press charges against the perpetrator (which includes following all required NCTD documentation and any applicable law enforcement requirements) and provide documentation to support the request on the form included as Appendix G.

  • Employment Policies The employment relationship between the parties shall also be governed by the general employment policies and practices of the Company, including those relating to protection of confidential information and assignment of inventions, except that when the terms of this Agreement differ from or are in conflict with the Company’s general employment policies or practices, this Agreement shall control.

  • Expense Reimbursements To the extent that any reimbursements payable pursuant to this Agreement are subject to the provisions of Section 409A of the Code, any such reimbursements payable to Executive pursuant to this Agreement shall be paid to Executive no later than December 31 of the year following the year in which the expense was incurred, the amount of expenses reimbursed in one year shall not affect the amount eligible for reimbursement in any subsequent year, and Executive’s right to reimbursement under this Agreement will not be subject to liquidation or exchange for another benefit.

  • Expense Reimbursement The Executive shall be entitled to receive reimbursement for all appropriate business expenses incurred by him in connection with his duties under this Agreement in accordance with the policies of the Company as in effect from time to time.
