Travel between Centers. Transportation of bargaining unit members to their teaching or non-teaching assignment will be at their own expense. If during assigned time, the district requires additional travel of bargaining unit members related to district assigned duties, the district will pay mileage per district policy if they are required to travel to and from college site on the same day.

  • Alcoholic Beverages Costs of alcoholic beverages are unallowable.

  • Food and Beverages Due to licensing requirements and quality control issues, all food and beverage to be serviced on the Hotel property must be supplied and prepared by the Hotel. The Hotel has the right to cease service of alcoholic beverages in the Event that persons under the state mandated age limit are present at the Event and attempt to receive service of alcoholic beverages. Hotel further reserves the right to deny alcoholic beverage service to guests who appear to be intoxicated.

  • Food and Beverage All food and beverages (alcoholic and non alcoholic) which are located at the Hotel (whether opened or unopened), or ordered for future use at the Hotel as of the Closing, including, without limitation, all food and beverages located in the guest rooms, but expressly excluding any alcoholic beverages to the extent the sale or transfer of the same is not permitted under Applicable Law (the “F&B”);

  • Safety Footwear ‌ The Employer will determine the employees that are required to wear safety footwear as essential Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Those Employer- designated employees within the following classifications will receive a biennial allowance up to $200 per designated employee.   • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees. 2. Where an employee is absent from work because of illness or accident and has advised the company in accordance with Clause 33 – Personal Leave of the award, the company shall ensure that the employee’s tools are securely stored during his/her absence.
