Additional Travel. Employees may from time to time be required to travel to and perform work at a location other than their usual place of work.
Additional Travel. 22.1 This clause applies to an employee who is required to use his or her private motor vehicle while relieving or performing special duties or attending a course, seminar or similar, or otherwise required to work away from their normal place of work.

Additional Travel. Where an employee is required to use their private motor vehicle to provide a service to a Community Care client (e.g. shopping, banking etc.), they may claim reimbursement for the mileage travelled (from the client's home and return) at the prescribed rate in clause 4(a) of this Schedule. A mileage reimbursement form must be submitted and authorised for this payment to occur.
Additional Travel. If Your Motorcycle is out of action for more than 8 hours, we may, at our discretion choose to provide You with one of the following up to a maximum total limit of £750: • A replacement hire car, or subject to availability a motorcycle, for up to a maximum of 72 hours; • Standard class rail fares; • Economy class air fares; • Taxi or other form of public transport equivalent to standard class rail fares; • Overnight accommodation to a maximum cost of £400 per party (on a bed and breakfast basis).

  • Additional Training Should the introduction of new methods of operation create a need for the perfection or acquisition of skills requiring a training period longer than one (1) year, the additional training time shall be a subject for discussion between the Board and the Union.

  • International Travel All international flights with the exception of flights between the U.S. and Canada should be reserved through TMC using the “lowest practical coach fare” with the exception of flights that are six (6) or more consecutive hours in length. In such event, the next available seating class above coach shall be reimbursed. When required to travel internationally for business, employees shall be reimbursed for photo fees, application fees, and execution fees when obtaining a new passport book, but fees related to passport renewals are not reimbursable.
