Travel Time Charges: For Managers. On weekdays up to a maximum of 8 hours will be charged for work time, travel time or any combination of travel and work time. Billing Rate = Loaded Rate Formula "C" above. For Exempt staff: During regular work day, actual travel time not to exceed 8 hours in any one day or one way travel will be billed as follow: Billing rate for travel time = Loaded Rate Formula "C" above. All travel time, outside of the regular work day, will be billed without the application of overhead rate as follow: Billing Rate = (Actual Hourly Rate) (1+ Fee) + (Delta Base + Delta Fringe)

  • Ancillary and Travel Expenses A. Except as otherwise provided in the Grant Agreement, no ancillary expenses incurred by the Grantee in connection with its provision of the services or deliverables will be reimbursed by the System Agency. Ancillary expenses include, but are not limited to, costs associated with transportation, delivery, and insurance for each deliverable.

  • Travel Expenses CONTRACTOR shall not be allowed or paid travel expenses unless set forth in this Agreement.

  • Reimbursement of Travel Expenses If the Servicer provides access to the Review Materials at one of its properties, the Issuer will reimburse the Asset Representations Reviewer for its reasonable travel expenses incurred in connection with the Review on receipt of a detailed invoice.
