Billing Rate definition

Billing Rate refers to the hourly rate that the Contractor will xxxx the Judicial Council or a Participating JBE and that the Judicial Council or that Participating JBE will pay to the Contractor for the work performed for an Assignment by an Assigned Personnel pursuant to an Order issued under this Master Agreement. A Billing Rate, as set forth in an Order, shall be in accordance with the appropriate Billing Rate set forth in Appendix B, Attachment 1, Pricing Schedules, or it shall be pursuant to an agreement, documented in writing by the parties in accordance with this Master Agreement, which shall be incorporated into Appendix B, Attachment 1, Pricing Schedules, via a subsequent Amendment to this Master Agreement. A Billing Rate includes, as appropriate, either (i) the Salary Rate, to be paid by the Contractor to the Assigned Personnel for performing the work set forth in an applicable Order, and the Contractor Xxxx-up; (ii) the Conversion Salary Rate, to be paid by the Contractor to the Assigned Personnel for performing the work set forth in an applicable Order, and the Contractor Xxxx-up; (iii) the Salary Rate, to be paid by the Contractor to the Assigned Personnel, who was referred by the Judicial Council or a JBE, for performing the work set forth in an applicable Order, and the Judicial Council or JBE Referral Xxxx-up; or (iv) the Subcontractor Billing Rate, to be paid by the Contractor to a Subcontractor when subcontracted Assigned Personnel perform the work set forth in an applicable Order, and the Subcontractor Xxxx-up.

Billing Rate means a fully burdened rate inclusive of all costs associated with labor, overhead, and fee as used on a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Work Order.

Billing Rate means a temporary indirect cost rate applicable to a specified period that is used for funding, interim reimbursement, and reporting indirect costs on federal or federal pass-through awards pending the establishment of a final rate for the period. Examples of Billing Rate in a sentence

• The parties’ agreement of a new Subcontractor and the applicable Subcontractor Billing Rate, and Billing Rate with Subcontractor Mark-up, will be documented in writing and incorporated into the Master Agreement via a subsequent Amendment.

• The parties’ agreement of a new Classification and the applicable Salary Rate or Subcontractor Billing Rate, and Billing Rate with applicable contractual mark-up, will be documented in writing and incorporated into the Agreement via a subsequent Amendment.

• Upon request, the Contractor will provide, at no charge, detailed staffing reports that will include, at a minimum, the assigned Order Number, expenditures under the Order to-date, the name of the Assigned Personnel, the unit or office in which the individual works or worked, the Hiring Manager and/or Reports To person named on the Order, the original Start Date, the current End Date, Classification, and the applicable Billing Rate.

• Each candidate to be considered for an Assignment shall be introduced in a separate email containing, at a minimum: (i) candidate’s resume; (ii) the Salary Rate or Subcontractor Billing Rate, as applicable; (iii) the appropriate Contractor Mark-up, JBE Referral Mark-up, Subcontractor Mark-up, and/or discount, as applicable; (iv) the Billing Rate; (v) the Classification; (vi) the applicable Conversion Period; and (vii) any tracking number used by the JBE to identify the specific Work Order request.

More Definitions of Billing Rate

Billing Rate shall be defined as Billed Residential Revenue as measured over a calendar month divided by the number of Residential Service Customers measured over the same calendar month who had PIC'd Residential Service during at the beginning of the calendar month and First Usage. TechWave shall have thirty (30) days from receipt of such notice to "cure" by increasing the Billing Rate to [ * ] or more per month as measured over the 30-day cure period.

A Billing Rate, as set forth in a Work Order, shall be within the appropriate Billing Rate range set forth in Exhibit #, Payment Provisions, or it shall be pursuant to an agreement, documented in writing by the parties in accordance with this Master Agreement, which shall be incorporated into Exhibit #, Payment Provisions via a subsequent Amendment to this Master Agreement. A Billing Rate includes, as appropriate, either (i) the Salary Rate, to be paid by the Contractor to the Assigned Personnel for performing the work set forth in an applicable Work Order, and the Contractor Xxxx-up; (ii) the Salary Rate, to be paid by the Contractor to the Assigned Personnel, who was referred by the AOC, for performing the work set forth in an applicable Work Order, and the AOC Referral Xxxx-up; or (iii) the Subcontractor Billing Rate, to be paid by the Contractor to a Subcontractor when subcontracted Assigned Personnel perform the work set forth in an applicable Work Order, and the Subcontractor Xxxx-up.

Billing Rate. Means SHOAL’s standard billing rates and other rates from time to time for the provision of its services.

Billing Rate for a Cell is less than {Confidential portion omitted and filed separately with the Commission} per month, Qwest may terminate all solicitations to that Cell pursuant to this Section 1.c.i upon written notice to the Representative. "Billing Rate" shall be defined as Billed Revenue from a Cell as measured over a 30-day period divided by the number of Customers in that Cell measured over the same 30-day period who had dial one Service during the entire thirty (30) day period and for whom an Installation Commission was payable hereunder. Representative shall have thirty (30) days from receipt of such notice to "cure" by increasing the Billing Rate to {Confidential portion omitted and filed separately with the Commission} or more per month for that Cell as measured over the 30-day cure period. If Representative fails to so cure, all solicitations to that Cell shall terminate upon written notice from Qwest to Representative.

Billing Rate is the Average One Month LIBOR Rate plus the Spread. The “Average One Month LIBOR Rate” is the rate derived from the rate set forth on the Telerate Screen for the London Interbank Offered Rate for one-month US Dollar deposits for each day that the rate is published in the month being billed (“LIBOR Days”), (ii) aggregating those rates and (iii) dividing that sum by the number of LIBOR Days in such month. The “Spread” is ****** basis points (******%). Thus, the current Cash Usage Fee is determined as follows: (Average One Month LIBOR Rate plus Spread)/360 x number of days in the month being billed x Average Daily Cash Balance. In the event that we want to change the Cash Usage Fee in any year, we will notify you of this on or before July 1st of the preceding year. You agree to negotiate in good faith with us such change. Any new Cash Usage Fee shall be subject to the mutual written agreement of the parties and will take effect on January 1st of the year immediately following such notification. The Cash Usage Fee may be changed from time to time in accordance with the foregoing terms.
