Traveling inside Israel. Ariel University has a security support department, which receives all the updates and warnings about the security situation in Israel. We receive daily security updates, but the guidelines change frequently so it is not possible to give written instructions that will be valid for the entire program. Masa Israel have strict limitations regarding traveling to the West Bank (Judea and Samaria). These restrictions change frequently in the West Bank, and you must contact the program organizer and receive the latest updates. As for the travelling to Ariel University and the organized trips in those areas, the organizer will support you with the instructions and transportation required. Failure to comply with the instructions given by the staff of Ariel University is grounds for dismissal from the program. Traveling to the Gaza Strip or the Palestinian territories (areas A and B) (Beit Lechem, Ramallah …) is prohibited in all circumstances. In addition, the police may periodically issue a warning for a specific area based on information about a security threat. When we receive a notification of such a threat, we will send you an SMS / WhatsApp message to your cell. You will then have to refrain from traveling to those areas until you receive a message from us informing you that the warning has been removed. IMPORTANT: The supervising team must be able to reach the participants at any time to check that everything is fine or to transmit important information. Also, each participant must have a phone with an Israeli chip allowing access to the internet and will have to install the WhatsApp application.   • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article.
