Travelling Expense Calculation. Direct line kilometers are determined by calculating the distance in a direct line from the circumference of the Free Zone to the location where the employee is required to report for work, along a straight line drawn from the center of the Free Zone to the work location. This distance shall then be multiplied by two (2) to cover both directions, calculated to the nearest kilometer according to the rules of approximation.
