Installers. An individual employer who is entitled to employ apprentices may employ not more than one (1) apprentice for the first three (3) installers (Master, Lead or Installer) regularly employed by him/her and not more than one (1) additional apprentice for each five (5) additional installers employed by him/her. The first apprentice may not be employed until at least three (3) installers are regularly employed by the individual employer. Any individual employer employing five (5) installers shall, while employing five (5) installers, also employ at least one (1) apprentice. Installers. 19.01 Where the word installers is used herein, it shall mean: a xxxxxxx who prepares, erects walls, partitions, floor panelling, mouldings, wall decor, ect., who places floor and wall type fittings, shelves, counters and display counters. 19.02 The terms and conditions for installers shall be as set forth in Appendix “B” of this agreement and forming part of this agreement. 19.03 Installers while performing work within the plant shall be governed by the rates of wages and classifications as set forth in Appendix “A” of this agreement. 19.04 All daily overtime including driving time shall be accumulated and at the appropriate times all benefits (vacation pay etc.) shall be calculated as if the overtime had been paid to the employee.   • Installation When installation is required, the Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the Commodities or parts in the required locations at no additional charge. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the Commodity or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, tools, rigging, labor, and materials required to install or replace the Commodities or parts in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.
