Tree Survey Sample Clauses

Tree Survey. A tree survey shall not be required as part of the approval process of the Planned Unit Development (PUD), but shall be required as part of the development applications for those parcels submitted to the TRC and shall be prepared in accordance with the Development Standards attached hereto as Exhibit F and Charleston City Code as outlined by this Agreement. The requirements for such Tree Survey(s) shall be limited to identifying the location, size, and species of trees twenty- four (24”) inches or greater DBH (Diameter Breast Height).
Tree Survey. Xxxxxxx will provide a tree survey of the property situated at the northwest corner of Xxxxxxx Street and Xxxxxxx Street. Trees with a DBH (diameter at breast height) of 6inches and larger will be tagged and numbered for future reference. The survey CAD file will depict the location, diameter and species (if it can be determined) of the qualifying trees.
Tree Survey. (a) Carry out a survey of the trees that will be affected by the proposed works and of the old and valuable trees in the lands that will be affected by the proposed works. The survey results will be incorporated in a survey report. (b) Prepare a tree survey report that include drawing(s) showing the location and size of the trees together with a tree schedule showing the species, height, and circumference of trunk, tree spread, general condition and photographs. The report shall indicate the trees to be retained, transplanted or felled and the existing and the proposed general ground adjacent to the trees. The report shall include drawings showing compensatory landscaping and replanting. (c) The tree survey report shall be signed by a landscape architect with the endorsement by a qualified arborist. (See Note in Clause 4.3(a)(iv) of this Brief for the requirement of a qualified arborist.). (d) Make submission and obtain approval from the appropriate authorities such as DLO, AFCD, HyD and LCSD on the tree survey report as required in accordance with ETWB TC(W) No. 3/2006 “Tree Preservation”, ETWB TC(W) No. 2/2004 “Maintenance of Vegetation and Hard Landscape Features” and ETWB TC(W) No. 29/2004 “Registration of Old and Valuable Trees, and Guidelines for their Preservation”. (e) Where tree removal, either by felling or by transplanting, is necessary, submit tree removal application to the relevant authorities for approval in accordance with ETWB TC(W) No. 3/2006 “Tree Preservation”, and take necessary follow-up action until obtaining approval to the application from the relevant authorities. The tree removal application shall include a tree survey plan and a tree assessment schedule, including tree preservation and protection measures for the trees to be retained and a compensatory planting proposal as required in ETWB TC(W) No. 3/2006 “Tree Preservation”.
Tree Survey. Construction on undeveloped lots must have a certified tree survey certified by a licensed surveyor prior to building commencement.
Tree Survey. Quiddity will perform a tree survey that will show the location of all existing trees 6 inches and larger along with multi-stem trees equaling 8 inches and larger, tagged with Aluminum tags and a number corresponding to the tree list on the face of the survey. The trees will be sized, typed, and measured at a height of approximately 4.5 feet from the ground.

Tree Survey. ▪ Consultant arborist shall conduct a tree survey of the API in accordance with Section 4.610.40.02.A.2 of the Code. The survey will involve a field assessment to collect the following information: ▪ The location of all trees 6 inches or greater DBH in the API. ▪ The spread of canopy of trees in the API. ▪ The common and botanical names of trees in the API. ▪ The approximate location and names of any other trees on outside of the API within the City’s project property. ▪ Notes on observed tree health (dead, dying, diseased); conditions of crown, trunk, roots; and other indicators of tree health. ▪ Consultant shall use the results of the tree survey to prepare map showing the inventoried tree information listed above per Section 4.610.40.02.A.2.a of the Code. Consultant arborist shall document the health and condition of all trees likely to be impacted by the project during the tree survey for inclusion in the Tree Maintenance and Protection Plan and Tree Removal Permit, if required. Consultant arborist shall place numbered metal tags on all trees identified for preservation during implementation of the project. The tree numbers will be keyed to the tree map prepared by Consultant.
Tree Survey. Locate the drip line canopy of individual trees or grove trees within the Project Area. Provide the location, quantities, size in diameter breast height (dbh), genus and species of trees, including snags, within the Project Area that are 6-inch dbh or greater. Tree identification shall be performed by a certified arborist.
Tree SurveyThe Consultant will conduct a tree inventory within the defined project limits affected by proposed site improvements. At a minimum, the Consultant will record information including species, size, and condition of the trees and vegetation within project areas. The Consultant team will collate collected data and utilize ArcGIS and its technologies to translate what our Landscape professionals document in the field to online map interfaces, monitoring dashboards and geographic data. • This task includes up to one (1) on-site visit for data collection.
