LESSEE RIGHTS. 1. Lessee may from time to time surrender all or any part of the premises herein leased by giving notice in writing to the Lessor, Lessee shall not escape any prior obligation of the lease by filing a release. Upon surrender, Lessee shall execute and deliver to the Register of Deeds in the county wherein the land is situated for recording, a proper and sufficient instrument of release of all of Lessee’s rights and interest under this lease, insofar as they apply to the premises surrendered, and shall have said instrument delivered to the Lessor within thirty (30) days after recording with Register of Deeds.
2. Lessee may at any time remove all machinery and fixtures placed on the leased premised by the Lessee, provided, however, that said Lessee has complied with and fulfilled all other provisions of the lease as herein provided.
3. At the termination of the lease by any means except default under Section H of this lease, and with Lessee’s fulfillment of all lease obligations, covenants, agreements and context of this lease, Lessee shall have one year, or longer at the discretion of Lessor, after termination in which to remove all tools, machinery, railway tracks, structures and all other property situated on the leased premises as to which this lease is being terminated, except any supports placed in shafts, drifts or openings, any timbers, framework or fences necessary to the use and maintenance of shafts or approaches to mines or tramways within the mines, or dikes, water level control structures, roads or other developments as specified by Lessor and mutually agreed to be Lessor and Lessee. If Lessee fails to remove its property within the specified period, the property shall become the property of Lessor and may be removed by Lessor with expenses recovered from the performance bond. By agreement of the parties, any of Lessee’s property on the leased premises may become the property of Lessor.
4. In the conduct of approved mining operations of the leased premises, the Lessee is hereby granted the right, if it so desires, to mine and remove any nonmetallic minerals or nonmetallic mineral products included in this lease existing thereon, or on any part or parts thereof, through, or by means of, shafts, openings or pits which may be sunk or made upon adjoining or nearby premises owned or controlled by the Lessee, and may stockpile any nonmetallic minerals and/or nonmetallic mineral products from the leased premises or any part thereof upon stockpile groun...
LESSEE RIGHTS. Upon payment of the rent and the performance of the conditions outlined herein, Lessee may use the Premises as provided in Paragraph 4, provided that the use of the Premises by Xxxxxx shall at no time unreasonably interfere with the operations or use of the Lessor or the Public on the State lands adjoining the Premises.
LESSEE RIGHTS. 1. Failure of the Lessee to conform with the provisions of this Lease may result in the Lessor invoking Paragraph E(7), E(8), and/or E(9).
LESSEE RIGHTS. In no event shall Manager be required to act in any manner inconsistent with the rights of Lessees under any Leases or TUS Sublessees under TUS Subleases related to the Managed Containers.

LESSEE RIGHTS. In addition to the Lessee's rights as provided in paragraph 12.1, Lessee shall have the right to collect from the condemning authority damages by reason of loss of business, business interruption, depreciation or damage of crops, fixtures and equipment, removal and planting costs, and such other damages to which it may be legally entitled. SECTION THIRTEEN: ENVIRONMENTAL CONTAMINATION
LESSEE RIGHTS. Lessee shall have the right:
a. In common with others so authorized, to use common areas of the airport, including runways, taxiways, aprons, roadways, floodlights, landing lights, signals and other conveniences for the take-off, flying and landing of aircraft.
b. To the nonexclusive use, in common with others, of the airport parking areas, appurtenances and improvements thereon, but this shall not restrict the right of the Lessor to charge visitors a fee for the use of such areas.
c. To install, operate, maintain, repair and store subject to approval of Lessor in the interests of safety and convenience of all concerned, all equipment necessary for the conduct of Lessee's business.
d. Of access to and from the premises, limited to streets, driveways or sidewalks designated for such purposes by the Lessor, and which right shall extend to Lessee's employees, passengers, guests, invitees, and patrons.
e. In and on the premises, to sell gasoline, oil and other lubricants, maintain and operate full aircraft servicing facilities, sell aircraft, engines, accessories and parts, and provide storage space for instruments, propellers and accessories in connection with the business. The right to conduct these activities shall apply to aircraft of other persons as well as aircraft belonging to Lessee.
f. To give flying instructions, to provide pilots for operating planes for others, and to carry passengers and freight for hire, subject to all appropriate laws of the Federal Government, the (State), the ordinances of the Lessor, and the requirements of the FAA and the (State) Department of Transportation or any other duly authorized governmental agency.

LESSEE RIGHTS. 1. Insofar as technically possible the Lessor will provide paid services to the Lessee, on the basis of separate agreements concluded by the Lessee, in respect of supply of:
a) electricity,
b) heat energy for central heating and hot water,
c) water and sewage disposal,
LESSEE RIGHTS. Except where Lessee is expressly referenced in this Section 28, (x) this Section 28 is for the benefit of the Agent and Lessors only, (y) Lessee shall have no right to enforce any part of this Section 28 and (z) this Section 28 may be amended by the approval of Agent and the Required Lessors, without any need to obtain Lessee's approval. Agent shall send Lessee a copy of any such amendments.
