TROPHIES. Trophies will be distributed to each driver competing for the podium of each race and the end of season ranking.
TROPHIES. The host Club must present substantive trophies for Positions 1 to 3. The Trophy for position 1 must be of the grandest in nature with positions 2 and 3 reducing slightly thereafter. Positions 4 through to 12 must receive something for their efforts. Concourse and Top Qualifier trophies must be considerable in nature but not outshine that of positions 1 – 3. Trophy requirements apply evenly to all classes (sanctioned or not) for the event.
TROPHIES. 13.1 There will be no transfer of trophies. However, New CUYC may continue to use the Queenborough Cup as the trophy for the Yachting Varsity Match.
TROPHIES. □ At the 5T and T-ball levels, all players will receive inexpensive trophies. □ At the A level, players will receive inexpensive trophies, for tournament winners and tournament runners-up. □ At the AA level, players will receive trophies for regular season winner and runners- up. Tournament winners and tournament runners up will receive trophies. □ At the AAA and Majors level, regular season winners, runners-up, and third place teams, and tournament winner and tournament runners up will receive trophies. If two or more teams are tied for first place, no second-place trophies will be awarded. If two or more teams are tied for second place, all teams will receive trophies. Awards will also be provided for the manager, two coaches of record, and team sponsor. The Trophy Director will submit a trophy plan to the Executive Committee no later than April 1st.

TROPHIES. Field preparation of trophies (skinning, caping, salting and drying of hides and skulls) will be done by the OUTFITTER. TROPHIES. Hunter understands that the Trophy Fee for any deer will be determined by the Xxxxx and Xxxxxxxx score. Licensor is not required to care for any deer harvested by Hunter, and will not process, skin, or perform any taxidermy or mounting services. Licensor is not required to ship antlers, horns, capes, or any other trophy items to Licensee. However, should Licensor agree to ship antlers/horns, cape, or other trophy items to a destination desired by Licensee, Licensee will be charged for all shipping costs as well as a service charge of $450.00 per animal. Xxxxxxxx Whitetail Ranch will not ship meat.
TROPHIES. 9.1 Trophies are in “as is” condition and are payable for in full regardless of damage whether before or after harvest. For example, a broken horn/antler or goring.
9.2 The Outfitter makes no representations (express or implied) or guarantees in relation to the success or rate of success whatsoever in the hunting of any Trophy or Trophies.
9.3 Subject to the agreement of the Outfitter, if the Client does not shoot and kill the Trophy, the Client may not be required to pay for the Trophy or may only be required to pay for a proportion of the Trophy Fee.
9.4 The Client must still pay for a wounded and unrecovered Trophy.
9.5 The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Trophy will remain in the custody and control of the Outfitter (or the Outfitter’s agent) from the time it is killed until the time it is entered for export by the Outfitter (or the Outfitter’s agent).
