Tuition Payments. Teaching personnel with a valid standard of teaching certificate are to be reimbursed the actual costs of tuition for the successful completion of academic courses taken during the period of July 1 to June 30 each year, subject to the following provisions: 1. For reimbursement, the course must be in a subject required to earn a graduate-level degree or additional certification/endorsement in an academic content area. The course must be offered through an accredited college or university. The association will develop a process of tracking members anticipated lane changes for the purposes of budgeting each year.
