Lead Cleaner. Must know the requirements necessary to properly clean aircraft exteriors, interiors (including furnishings), other operational cleaning functions relative to aircraft, parts and associated equipment and as a working member of a group, have the ability to direct the work of others.

Lead Cleaner. Promotional Bulletins addressed to Cleaners Category 33 who meet the requirement of Article 4.03.18. Selection will be on the basis of basic category seniority and in accordance with Article 16.11.05 and Letter of Understanding No. 4.
Lead Cleaner. The District may annually designate unit members as lead cleaners to perform such 14 duties as securing and locking up, seeing that cleaning assignments are completed, communicating 15 with head custodian at beginning and end of shifts, making sure that necessary supplies are available, 16 being available as necessary to users of buildings in the evenings and to call the custodian when 18 actually worked.
Lead Cleaner. The work of a Lead Cleaner shall be the same as that of a Cleaner and, in addition, he shall be the employee who assigns, directs, and approves the work of Cleaners. It is understood that on each shift where three (3) or more Cleaners are on duty, at least one (1) of them shall be a Lead Cleaner. The working group assigned to a Company shall maintain a Lead to Cleaner ratio of one (1) Lead Cleaner shall consist of no more than for every eleven (11) Cleaners on duty, not including a lead. A Lead Cleaner will be responsible for the completion of paper work and reports in connection with his normally assigned duties. A Lead Cleaner may be required to give instruction and training to Cleaners. Once the Lead to Cleaner ratio is established on duty, in no case, will a Lead be responsible for more than fourteen (14) Cleaners as a result of certain work assignments.
Lead Cleaner. The duties of a lead cleaner will include all of the duties of a cleaner, and a lead cleaner will be responsible for assigning, supervising, directing and approving the work of all cleaners assigned to the lead cleaner. No lead cleaner will be required to lead and direct more than twelve (12) employees. There will be a lead cleaner on duty when more than three (3) cleaners are on duty at a location when no management official is on duty. If a lead cleaner is required, and none is on duty, the manager or his designee will use the following protocol for the upgrade process: 1. Solicit GMM Volume 1 Aircraft Cleaning Process trained volunteers in descending seniority order. 2. Assign the least senior GMM Volume 1 Aircraft Cleaning Process trained employee. 3. Assign the least senior employee. When a cleaner is required to perform lead cleaner work, he will receive no less than four (4) hours of lead cleaner pay.
Lead Cleaner. There shall be one lead cleaner for any building with three or more night shift cleaners. In addition to his/her regular cleaning assignments, the lead cleaner shall have lead person responsibilities over the cleaning staff and be responsible for issuing supplies and providing in- service training to substitute cleaners and new employees assigned to the building. The lead cleaner shall report any and all pertinent information to the custodian in charge in regard to the work site including any such information received from the cleaning staff. The lead cleaner will be compensated based on a differential under the following schedule: 3 cleaners a building 35* per hour 4 to 6 cleaners in a building 41* per hour 7 and above cleaners in a building 47* per hour *Employees utilized as alternate lead cleaners will be compensated at the same differential rate as the lead cleaner for the time they are working in that position. Individuals shall be selected for the position of lead cleaner based upon seniority and meritorious service. An individual selected for lead cleaner may continue in that position only so long as the employee continues to demonstrate meritorious service in the position. Lead cleaners shall be reviewed at least annually on the effectiveness of cleaning activities in their building. Upon their option, employees who achieve lead cleaner positions may obtain additional in- service and training which would qualify them for positions in the custodial staff. The District will share the cost of the training and, the District will review applications from cleaning staff for such vacancies who possess the necessary qualifications. Applicants for assistant custodian positions must satisfy civil service and state testing and license requirements.

  • WINDOW CLEANING Tenant shall not clean, nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, or any other Requirement, or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other board or body having or asserting jurisdiction.

  • Laboratory Testing All laboratories selected by UPS Freight for analyzing Controlled Substances Testing will be HHS certified.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Wage Scale The wages shown in Appendix A will be part of this Agreement.

  • Stability Testing Patheon may be requested to conduct stability testing on the Products in accordance with the protocols set out in the Specifications for the separate fees and during the time periods set out in Schedule C to a Product Agreement. Patheon will not make any changes to these testing protocols without prior written approval from Client. If a confirmed stability test failure occurs, Patheon will notify Client within one Business Day, after which Patheon and Client will jointly determine the proceedings and methods to be undertaken to investigate the cause of the failure, including which party will bear the cost of the investigation. Patheon will not be liable for these costs unless it has failed to perform the Manufacturing Services in accordance with the Specifications, cGMPs, and Applicable Laws. Patheon will give Client ail stability test data and results at Client’s request.

  • ODUF Testing 6.6.1 Upon request from TWTC, AT&T shall send ODUF test files to TWTC. The Parties agree to review and discuss the ODUF file content and/or format. For testing of usage results, AT&T shall request that TWTC set up a production (live) file. The live test may consist of TWTC’s employees making test calls for the types of services TWTC requests on ODUF. These test calls are logged by TWTC, and the logs are provided to AT&T. These logs will be used to verify the files. Testing will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date on which the initial test file was sent.

  • Drug Testing (A) The state and the PBA agree to drug testing of employees in accordance with section 112.0455, F.S., the Drug-Free Workplace Act. (B) All classes covered by this Agreement are designated special risk classes for drug testing purposes. Special risk means employees who are required as a condition of employment to be certified under Chapter 633 or Chapter 943, F.S. (C) An employee shall have the right to grieve any disciplinary action taken under section 112.0455, the Drug-Free Workplace Act, subject to the limitations on the grievability of disciplinary actions in Article 10. If an employee is not disciplined but is denied a demotion, reassignment, or promotion as a result of a positive confirmed drug test, the employee shall have the right to grieve such action in accordance with Article 6.

  • Wage Scales All workers covered by this Agreement shall be classified and paid in accordance with the classification and wage scales as attached as Appendices "A" and forming part of this Agreement.

  • Diagnostic Assessment 6.3.1 Boards shall provide a list of pre-approved assessment tools consistent with their Board improvement plan for student achievement and which is compliant with Ministry of Education PPM (PPM 155: Diagnostic Assessment in Support of Student Learning, date of issue January 7, 2013). 6.3.2 Teachers shall use their professional judgment to determine which assessment and/or evaluation tool(s) from the Board list of preapproved assessment tools is applicable, for which student(s), as well as the frequency and timing of the tool. In order to inform their instruction, teachers must utilize diagnostic assessment during the school year.

  • Human Leukocyte Antigen Testing This plan covers human leukocyte antigen testing for A, B, and DR antigens once per member per lifetime to establish a member’s bone marrow transplantation donor suitability in accordance with R.I. General Law §27-20-36. The testing must be performed in a facility that is: • accredited by the American Association of Blood Banks or its successors; and • licensed under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act as it may be amended from time to time. At the time of testing, the person being tested must complete and sign an informed consent form that also authorizes the results of the test to be used for participation in the National Marrow Donor program.
