TUITION REDUCTION FOR CHILDREN OF EMPLOYEES. Beginning with the 2005-2006 school year the annual percentage increase in tuition for children of non-resident full time employees will be equal to the percentage increase in salary. In no case will the increase be greater than that charged to the public.   • Notification of Employees A. Written notice of layoff shall be given to an employee or sent by mail to the last known mailing address at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the effective date of the layoff. Notices of layoff shall be served on employees personally at work whenever practicable.

  • Selection of Employees Both parties recognize the benefit of providing opportunities for job improvement or advancement.

  • CLASSIFICATION OF EMPLOYEES Section 1. A full-time employee shall be deemed to be any employee regularly scheduled to work forty (40) hours per week. A regular employee is one whose employment is reasonably expected to continue for longer than fifteen (15) months.

  • Number of Employees The Union and the Employer agree that no more than one (1) position in each program shall be covered by a Job Sharing Agreement at any one time. No more than two (2) employees may share one (1) full-time position. The position being shared shall remain a regular full-time position within the bargaining unit.

  • Retroactive Pay for Terminated Employees An employee who has retired or severed his/her employment between the termination date of this Agreement and the effective date of the new Agreement shall receive the full retroactivity of any increase in wages, salaries or other benefits.

  • Employee Compensation Upon Separation An Employee, upon her separation from employment, shall be compensated for vacation leave to which she is entitled.

  • Compensation for Loss of Employee Tools The Employer will replace all employee tools lost or stolen while stored in a room, building, premises, job, workshop, Employer vehicle or in a lock, up to a value as specified in Appendix A. Where evidence is produced by the employee that they have suffered a greater loss, the Employer shall pay the additional amount.

  • TEACHER TEACHING ON CALL PAY AND BENEFITS 1. The employer will ensure compliance with vacation provisions under the Employment Standards Act in respect of the payment of vacation pay.

  • HIRING OF EMPLOYEES Company and Shareholders shall cooperate with all requests made by Pentegra for the purpose of allowing Pentegra to hire those non-dentist employees of Company designated by Pentegra, such employment to be effective as of the Closing Date. Notwithstanding the above, Company and Shareholders shall remain liable under any Company Plans for any claims incurred by any employees or their spouses or dependents, and for all compensation, bonuses, benefits and other such items and other liabilities related to Company's employees incurred by Company prior to the Closing Date.

  • Verification of Employment Eligibility By executing this Agreement, Consultant verifies that it fully complies with all requirements and restrictions of state and federal law respecting the employment of undocumented aliens, including, but not limited to, the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, as may be amended from time to time, and shall require all subconsultants and sub-subconsultants to comply with the same.
