Common use of Tuition Waivers and Tuition Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Tuition Waivers and Tuition Reimbursement. A. Teachers who earn tuition waivers will be offered the first opportunity to use tuition waivers and take course work from the issuing university. Unused waivers will be distributed equitably on a first come first serve basis. Teachers requesting multiple tuition waivers may receive one waiver and then be placed on a waiting list for additional waivers as they become available. Teachers must request these waivers each university school term.
