Common use of Turnarounds Clause in Contracts

Turnarounds. (a) On jobs located beyond a Three Hundred (300) km radius to a maximum of Four Hundred and Seventy-five (475) km from the centre of Edmonton or Calgary or other hiring hall location, the Employer shall: (i) Pay an allowance of $168.00 after twenty-five regularly scheduled straight time days worked (twenty days where compressed work weeks are in effect) on the job and thereafter for each subsequent Twenty-Five (25) regularly scheduled straight time days worked (twenty days where compressed work weeks are in effect) on the job.
