Two-Year No Hire. An applicant who is denied employment based on his or her failure to fully and accurately disclose his or her criminal conviction history will be eligible to reapply for employment with MSG after two years. MSG will include this information in the adverse action letter provided to the applicant. If an applicant who was denied employment based on his or her failure to fully and accurately disclose his or her criminal history applies for employment within two-years of such denial, MSG will have no liability stemming from this Settlement Agreement with respect to its decision not to hire that individual.

  • Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.
