TYPE OF REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT. The regional district school shall be a technical and vocational high school consisting of grades nine through twelve, inclusive. The Committee is a l s o hereby authorized to establish and maintain such kinds of education, acting as trustees therefore, as may be provided by c om m unit ies under the provisions of Chapter 74 of the General Laws and acts amendatory thereof, in addition thereto or dependent thereon, including courses beyond the secondary school level in accordance with the provisions of Section 37A of said Chapter 74.
TYPE OF REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT. The Regional School District shall include all grades from nine (9) through twelve (12). The Committee may establish and maintain vocational educational courses, acting as trustees, therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 74 of the General Laws and any amendments or additions thereto. The regional school committee is authorized to form or join an educational collaborative consistent with Massachusetts General Law (M.G.L.) Chapter 40, Section 4E.
TYPE OF REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT. A. The District shall include all grades from pre-kindergarten through grade twelve. The District is a body politic and corporate with all the powers and duties conferred by law and by this Agreement, as this Agreement may be amended from time-to-time.
B. The school committee of the District (the “Committee”) is hereby authorized in its discretion to establish and maintain state-aided vocational education, acting as trustees therefor, in accordance with the provisions of G.L. Chapter 74, as amended, and any other laws relative thereto, and is authorized to join or form educational collaboratives consistent with G.L. Chapter 40, § 4E, as amended.

The Committee is hereby authorized, in its discretion, to establish and maintain state-aided vocational education, acting as trustees therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 74 of the General Laws and acts amendatory thereto, in addition thereto or dependent thereon.
TYPE OF REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT. The Regional School District (herein after sometimes referred to as District) shall be comprised of all grades from prekindergarten through grade twelve. The Regional School District Committee (herein after sometimes referred to as Committee) is hereby authorized to establish and maintain state-aided vocational education, acting as trustees therefor, in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 74, and acts amendatory thereto or dependent thereon if the Committee deems it desirable. To the extent to which there is a conflict between the terms or provisions contained in the Agreement and Massachusetts General Laws, then Massachusetts General Laws shall control.

SECTION III LOCATION OF THE REGIONAL DISTRICT SCHOOL The regional district school shall be located within the geographical limits of the District, or within a radius of 5 miles from the intersection of Route 2 and Bedford Road, which intersection is in the town of Lincoln, provided that if a community where the school is located ceases to be a district member, the school may continue to be located in that community.

The regional school district shall be called the Mount Greylock Regional School District (herein District) and shall consist of grades pre-kindergarten through twelve, inclusive. The regional district school committee (herein Committee) is hereby authorized, in its discretion, to establish and maintain state-aided vocational education in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 74 of the General Laws of Massachusetts.
