Types of Evaluation. 6.2.1 There shall be two (2) types of evaluations for non-classroom teachers: 1. Summative Process a) A minimum of two (2) observations for a total of sixty (60) minutes, one of which must be thirty (30) minutes. b) A final annual written evaluation based on teacher evaluation criteria. c) Focus on employees’ meeting performance standards. 2.
