Regular or “Continuing” Exempt Positions Regular or “continuing” exempt positions are positions that are established and funded on continuing twelve-month or a cyclic basis at either a full-time or part- time level by the College. The College shall determine if an appointment to a regular exempt position is made through an external competitive process, or an internal-only competitive process, or by waiver.
