Types of Service. a. The rate schedule set forth below contemplates a single user, such as a one family dwelling, one farm dwelling with appurtenances, or one commercial operation. b. Extraordinary circumstances, such as multiple dwelling units and industrial users shall be governed by commercial rate schedules as set forth by the Board of Directors.
