Types of Supervision. At the Federation of Golden Flatts and Lynnfield Primary Schools we undertake various types of Supervision, dependent upon the case and requirements for support.
Types of Supervision. The supervisor and the supervisee agree that supervision will be: _______ Group supervision (Note: group supervision is defined as 3 or more persons) _______ Individual supervision (Note: individual supervision is defined as being with one or two supervisees at a time) _______ Individual/ Group supervision of Supervisors _______ Both group and individual supervision How often Supervision will occur: Supervision will occur on the following basis: _______ Group supervision will occur on a varying schedule of hours per month but at no time will group occur for less than one and a half hours per session _______ Individual supervision will occur on a variable schedule as the supervisor and supervisee can determine, but for no less than one hour per session _______ Other: ______________________________________________ Fee Structure: Fees for supervision are as follows: Individual rates are $60 per hour; Supervisor rates are $80 per hour; Group rates are $160 for up to 6 people per hour. Group rates for supervisors are $175 per hour.
