UBEREAVEMENT. U Employees shall be granted a leave with full pay in the event of death of any member of the employee's immediate family. The leave shall be for a maximum of five consecutive working days. This leave shall not be deducted from accumulated sick leave. The immediate family is defined as: spouse, mother, father, step-parent, grandparent, grandchild, son, son-in-law, daughter, daughter-in-law, brother, or sister of the employee or his/her spouse; or any relative or individual living in the employee's household.
