UNANTICIPATED EXCESSIVE PURCHASE. The State reserves the right to negotiate lower pricing, or to advertise for bids any unanticipated excessive purchase. For purposes of this Contract, an “unanticipated excessive purchase” is defined as an unexpected order for a Contract product(s) totaling more than $50,000.
