Unauthorized leave is defined as non-performance of those duties and responsibilities assigned by the District and its representatives including all duties and responsibilities as defined by the Education Code, Policies of the Board of Education, the rules and regulations of the District, and provisions of this Agreement.

Unauthorized Leave. A. Unauthorized leave is defined as non-performance of those absence from regularly assigned duties and responsibilities assigned by the District and its representatives including all duties and responsibilities as defined by the Education Code, Policies of the Board of Education, the rules and regulations that are not in conformance with any leave provisions contained within this Agreement or without prior official approval of the District. Such unauthorized leave may include, but is not limited to, collective refusals to provide service, unauthorized use of sick leave, unauthorized use of other leave benefits and provisions of this Agreementnonattendance at required meetings.
