Crime and Fidelity Insurance. An ESP required to be responsible for cash processing will be covered under the District’s Crime and Fidelity Insurance. Any ESP required to make bank deposits shall be allowed to do so during the workday, and will be fully compensated for travel pursuant to the provisions of Section 9.4 herein, to be paid on a monthly basis.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies, if written on a Claims First Made Basis, shall be maintained in full force and effect for two (2) years after termination of this LGIA, which coverage may be in the form of tail coverage or extended reporting period coverage if agreed by the Parties.
