Common use of UNBROKEN VACATIONS Clause in Contracts

UNBROKEN VACATIONS. An employee shall have the right to take up to three (3) weeks vacation in an unbroken period and subject to mutual agreement, the balance of any vacation period due an employee may be taken either as an extension to the said unbroken period or at a time or times following the said unbroken period but within the due vacation year or subject to Article 9.06. The employee shall give the Corporation reasonable notice on vacation periods.
